Turnkey Automated Pipe Fabrication Facilities: One of 4S's flagship offerings is the delivery of fully automated central pipe fabrication shops — turnkey, from pipe loading to finished spool. The line covers a 1/2″–48″ pipe range across nine stations plus a support bay: receiving and loading, precision conveying and stoppers, band-saw cold cutting, high-speed automated bevelling, RotoWeld® robotic welding, gas-fired PWHT, external coating, low-stress stencilling, and final release with paint marking, RFID tagging and QR verification. Every station is computer-controlled and integrated into one continuous, monitored process, giving full automation, repeatable weld quality, complete spool-level traceability from cut to dispatch, and significantly faster throughput. The facility is completed by a parallel fitting-bevelling bay, cloud-based climate monitoring, and shop-management software for live scheduling and station reporting. This solution is built by 4S with two of its core technology partners: 3defacto GmbH (Germany) — A German engineering house operating since 2000 with 80+ engineers and SolidWorks certification, 3defacto takes projects from blank sheet to running plant. It supplies the backbone of the fabrication line — conveying and positioning systems, band saws, high-speed bevelling, the PWHT furnace, coating and stencilling stations — alongside its wider offering of engineering design, turnkey plant systems, PLC and panel automation, and special-purpose machines. Tecnar Automation Ltée (Canada) — A sensor and automation specialist founded in 1989 as a National Research Council spin-off, serving 500+ clients in 30+ countries. Its RotoWeld® 4-axis robotic MIG welding cells form the welding heart of the line, delivering up to 400% more productivity, certified ASME Section 9 welds with full traceability, and reduced dependence on scarce skilled welders. Tecnar's Accuraspray in-line thermal-spray sensor — used in 400+ spray booths worldwide — extends the same measurable-quality approach to coating operations. All of it is supplied, installed and supported in-Kingdom by 4S.
